Horn of Wrath
Wondrous item, very rare
Once per day, as an action, you can blow into the horn, releasing a bellowing call of anger, fury, and vengeance.
All creatures of your choice within 120 feet that can hear you, until the start of your next turn, make an additional attack when they take the Attack action. This is in addition to any other features the creature might have, such as Extra Attack.
Origin and Flavour
This horn was once the rallying cry of a slave revolt in times gone past. The leader, an ex-gladiator, rallied the downtrodden to their side with cries of vengeance and bloody wrath. Blood has soaked deep into the bone of this horn, and rusted the iron shackles that form the bandings.
