An individual heat mole is of no concern to most people, and in fact can make for adorable pets and companions that provide warmth on cold nights. However, as a pack their combined heat production can quickly become painful to anyone caught in the furnace.

The recent rise in beasts toying the line with monstrosities is a worrying trend in the world of Elevoria. Beasts seemingly gifted with the powers of low-level arcane magic that turn already dangerous predators into deadly hunters no longer afraid of man.
The Heat Mole was originally developed to provide an excellent pet for individuals who wanted a little extra warmth under the blanket. However the moles have escaped into the wild and their population exploded rapidly, leading to large swarms of them that can quickly overwhelm people.
It is not the mole’s fault they have been conditioned to approach humans and share their warmth, but when twenty moles do it, it can become a problem.
